IPPF-FIPP hosts first ever meeting of its members in Ibero-America

On April 4 2024, IPPF-FIPP hosted its first ever regional meeting. Taking place in Manizales, Colombia, the event brought together IPPF-FIPP’s members in the Ibero-American region. Organised by Associate Member for Colombia, Prof. Luis Vélez Rodriguez, and led by Vice-President Alejo García Basalo, Member for Argentina, the session was opened by President Prof. Dr. Stephen Shute, Voting Member for the United Kingdom, and featured contributions from Francisco Molina Jerez (Chile), Prof. Dr. José Luis Guzmán Dálbora (Chile) and Prof. Dr. José Luis Díez Ripollés (Spain). The meeting has provided a platform to expand membership in Ibero-America, and to strengthen and deepen our roots across the continent.
