President of IPPF-FIPP, Prof. Dr. Stephen Shute has paid a warm tribute to outgoing Vice-President Prof. Dr. José Luis Díez Ripollés, Member for Spain and thanked him for his almost ten years of service to the IPPF-FIPP Council. Prof. Dr. Díez Ripollés is a Professor Emeritus of Penal Law at the University of Malaga, Spain. During his tenure as Vice-President, Prof. Dr. Díez Ripollés showed deep commitment and dedication to the Foundation and its core work of promoting studies and research. A distinguished academic, Prof. Dr. Díez Ripollés was part of the Council which created IPPF-FIPP’s first strategic plan. He also provided very considerable input and professional expertise across IPPF-FIPP’s remit. We thank him sincerely for his work.
