Two IPPF Members appointed to judicial office

IPPF is delighted to congratulate the Hon. Ms Justice Úna Ní Raifeartaigh, Member for Ireland, on her appointment to the European Court of Human Rights, and the Hon. Mr. Celso Manata, Member for Portugal, on his appointment to the Supreme Court of Portugal.
